Testimonials:
In January 2016, I was diagnosed with gallstones when I visited the Emergency Room because of unrelenting abdominal pain. Nothing relieved the pain except the morphine they administered. The physician attending told me I had to have my gallbladder removed, there was no other option. I was scared, and I visited the surgeon days later to schedule the surgery. I was unhappy with the decision. I did some research and I was certain that I didn’t want the surgery, but what choice did I have? Live with the pain, or worse, become more ill, and possibly die? And than Rich approached me with an option that I could live with and embrace wholly. Suggesting 4 consecutive sessions of energy healing with him, complemented with Qi Gong exercise and technique, Rich was confident that he could support my body’s self restoration. The process was life changing. I have felt the energy shift and flow. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. My body, my spirit, and I are working together in our gentle flow, and I am now, as I will always be, very grateful for Rich’s guidance.
I did not have the surgery. I have been symptom free for several months now.

I have been working through grief after my wife’s death and trying to rebuild my life. A single, powerful session of Wu-Ji with Richard broke the final blockage and allowed me to release pain and then move forward decisively in life. It was remarkable. Also, some months earlier, during Debra and Richard s Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Weekend, I experienced emotional release over my wife’s death. I saw other clients experience the same catharsis. A highly healing work.

Dear Ms. xxxx,
Debra and Richard Clegg were students in Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) Program, which they successfully completed in March 2012 (Debra received a sought-after scholarship from Johnson & Johnson Campaign for Nursing’s Future to participate in the program--to watch video documentation of her experience in the program visit http://bit.ly/Il5KKF). Over the past year I have come to know them well on a personal level and as therapists and would recommend them to any in-patient or outpatient facility looking to expand their model to incorporate a more comprehensive menu of integrative services. The Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) Program is a 500-hour advanced teaching program focused on integrating complimentary healing modalities into mainstream medical care. During this year-long curriculum, students are trained in four healing modalities; yoga therapy (in-bed movements, restorative poses, breath awareness and guided body scan meditation), Reiki, essential oil therapy and contemplative care. The program also focuses on self-care and includes a nutrition component. After completing the instructional component of the course, students begin gaining practical experience through 100 hours of clinical rotations. Two of the most passionate, talented and eager students in the UZIT Program, Richard and Debra are also both seasoned and experienced healthcare professionals. Debra is both an RN and a certified medical QiGong practitioner. Richard is also a certified medical QiGong practitioner and has been studying the medium for 25 years. Having personally received a QiGong session from Richard, I can speak to his high level of skill as a profession therapist. As the Executive Director of the UZIT Program, I am always looking for practitioners who I think can take the model and the message and bring it out into the world. Debra and Richard are exactly the practitioners whom I would trust in this capacity. Smart, skilled, enthusiastic and caring, the Cleggs come highly recommended. Sincerely, Rodney Yee Executive Director, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program

Hi Richard and Debra,
Unfortunately I was not able to be at the center last Sunday but I heard such amazing feedback about your work. We are doubly blessed to have both of you at YCT! Both our clients and practitioners are inspired by you. Luana filled me on the tremendous day it was and on all that the two of you contributed.
WE THANK YOU!! And look forward to having you again soon at YCT!
Looking forward to seeing you soon,
In appreciation,
Lisa
